Starting from the Bell Tower Courtyard Floo Flame, head up the southern most staircase as far as you can, through the rafters, and into the choir room. Climb up the stairs in the eastern corner of the room, up through the Bell Tower. Once you reach the balcony outside, walk around the corner nearby the frog statue to find this collection chest.

Collection Chest number four is out on the Hogwarts Grounds. Start at the Hogwarts North Exit Floo Flame, turn around, then walk past the stable and around the tower. You'll find a level two locked door on the south side of that tower. Open the lock and look toward the back of the room. The collection chest is resting on a wooden table nearby the fireplace.

The fifth Collection Chest will be behind an Arithmancy Door in the North Hall. To reach it, start at the Transfiguration Classroom Floo Flame. Turn around and head through the first door on your left to enter the North Hall. You'll want to climb up the stairs on your right, where the treasure map in The Cache in the Castle led. Keep going up the stairs until you reach a level one locked door. The Arithmancy door your looking for is in the back of the abandoned room. If you still haven't unlocked the door, the solution is the Lizard Symbol (6) for ? and the Three-Headed Hydra Symbol (3) for ??.

The last collection chest can be found at the end of Depulso Puzzle Room Two. This puzzle will only become available after completing the Halls of Herodiana side quest and will also require you to unlock a level one door. It took us forty-five minutes to complete Depulso Puzzle Room Two, as it is a significant challenge, so don't hesitate to use our guide for that as well.
