We found our Fwooper Den in Feldcroft while meeting Sebastian's sister, Anne. Head to the location marked by the yellow circle in the image below to find the Fwooper Den. There are various Floo Flames in this area, so fast travel to the one closest to the location to get to the Fwooper Den quickly.

Once you arrive at the Fwooper Den, have your Nab-Sack ready to go. This is acquired after completing The Elf, the Nab-Sack, and the Loom quest. Make sure to unlock the Vivarium from Deek to tame and rescue the Fwooper properly.
How to get Fwooper Feathers in Hogwarts Legacy
Fwooper Feathers can be gotten through two ways in Hogwarts Legacy. You can purchase them from Brood and Peck in Hogsmeade Village. This material will set you back 250 Galleons. The other method is to use the Beast Pet Brush and Beast Feed in the Vivarium. Taking care of your captured Fwooper will reward you with Fwooper Feathers.
