- In Xianzhou Luofu, teleport to Starwatcher Avenue Space Anchor.
- Head south and walk until you see a person dressed in green on the street.
- That's Yujin, the Cloudbreath Sleeves owner.

As you can see, finding essential things is not complicated as long as you know where to look.
