Sprinting is necessary for most games. It helps you feel like you are in charge of the pace of the action, but most importantly, it allows you to run away from the bad guys… or toward them if that's your thing. It can be nice to have sprint just activate automatically, so here's how to auto sprint in Horizon Forbidden West.
Auto Sprint is something that you will have to enable in your settings. To do this, follow the instructions below:
- Press the Start button to open up the main menu
- Go to Settings
- Click over to Accessibility using R1
- Scroll down to Auto Sprint on Foot
- Change the option to On
Now you won't need to press down on the stick to make Aloy start sprinting. This is a great feature for those that sprint everywhere in games, but it is, of course, great for gamers that find it more difficult to perform certain actions using the controller.
Accessibility in gaming has improved dramatically in the past few years, and we hope that it continues to be as inclusive as possible. Gaming is for everyone, and we hope that you get to enjoy the game in the best way possible.
