How to upgrade the Food Pouch in Horizon Forbidden West

How do you carry more food?

Horizon Forbidden West starts players off with a limited capacity for each of their major items (food, ammo, bombs, traps, ETC.). You can expand this inventory space by upgrading pouches at workbenches found around the map.

Food Pouch upgrades allow players to carry more food. This is helpful because the food gives players small buffs when consumed. This is useful before a major battle or fights against a challenging opponent.

What ingredients are needed to upgrade the Food Pouch?

You can obtain metal Shards by killing machines and human enemies worldwide. The other crafting materials are drops from the animals in Horizon Forbidden West. They are abundant and easy to find, so the components won't be too difficult to get ahold of.
