The cross-platform feature allows players across various platforms, be it consoles or PC, to team-up with or play against one another. This integrates the game's community and reduces matchmaking time. Once non-existent, crossplay has now become an essential feature of most online multiplayer games.
Furthermore, Knockout City has cross-progression, as well. This means that you can play with the same in-game ID or account on different platforms. Your unlocks, progress, and information in the game can be accessed on any platform you decide to play on.
