The Thirian T-bone Steak is a dish prepared by Chef Hyde at the Luterra Castle. The recipe calls for 1 Dry-aged Meat and 1,400 Silver. The Dry-aged Meat vendor, Morries, can only be found at certain times of the day.
Where to find Wandering Merchant - Morris
Morris sells Dry-aged Meat for different prices each time, but it usually costs around 800 Silver. It can be hard to find Wandering Merchant Morris because Morris only appears during certain times of the day.
Below are the times, but this is based on the time listed on your server, not your local time. All times are AM and PM:
- 1:30 - 1:55
- 4:30 - 4:55
- 5:50 - 5:55
- 7:30 - 7:55
- 8:30 - 8:55
- 11:30 - 11:55
He will appear in one of three areas, so go to the next if you don't see him in one. Dyorika Plain, Sunbright Hill, and Flowering Orchard are the three map locations listed below:

Where to find Chef Hyde
Chef Hyde can be found by returning to Luterra Castle and heading to the southwest corner. The restaurant entrance will be located next to all of the NPCs selling food. Look for a door that has light coming from the inside.
Once inside, you will find Chef Hyde will be behind a counter in the corner. Click on Chef Hyde to open his shop. In the Adventurer's Tome Specialties tab, you'll find Thirian T-bone Steak. Even though you have both ingredients, he'll still charge 1,400 Silver, so be ready for that.
