The Neugier Hoverboard Mount is a Twitch-exclusive Drop. To obtain it, players will need to watch a partnered stream for a total of four hours and claim the mount. Partnered streams are usually labeled by the streamer or will have the "drops enabled" tag on their stream.
When watching a partnered stream, players can check their status by selecting their icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Located there is a progress bar directly under "Drops." Once the bar reaches 100%, the Drop is ready to claim. When checking the current status, players will be able to confirm which Drop they're currently working toward. With the Drop claimed, players must ensure their Steam account is connected to Twitch in order to redeem it.

- Tier One - Contains a Battle Item Chest 3 pack, Regulus' Light Currency Chest (100K Silver), and an Amethyst Sahrd Pack (1,500 Shards)
- Tier Two - Unlocks one of five paper hats
- Tier Three - Unlocks on of four pets
- Tier Four - Neugier Hoverboard Mount
The Neugier Hoverboard is one of two that exist in Lost Ark. The other is the Apostel Hoverboard, which requires a bit of farming to unlock. As such, many players are opting for the "free" version.
