Being a massively-multiplayer online RPG, Lost Ark depends on the proper functioning of its servers. The game's various server reset times, i.e., Daily, Weekly, Bosses, Events, etc., are according to the region.
The most common and frequent server resets, daily and weekly resets, are done at 1am or 2am, depending on Daylight Saving Time and the regional time of the server's geographical location. Furthermore, resets are also performed after completing scheduled downtime, if any.

The game's UI shows server time and not the player's local time to simplify things and avoid confusion. The developers also mentioned that the server reset times are subject to change depending on the requirements of the players and server.
One more thing to keep in mind is that content, including raids, dungeons, and PvP events are scheduled for the local time. The local time offset according to UTC time goes by:
- US West: UTC-7
- US East: UTC-4
- EU Central: UTC+1
- SA East: UTC-3
