There are seven collectibles you can acquire from killing enemies in Lost Ark, and one of them is called Grangor's Tooth.
Grangor's Tooth is located in the Rethramis region, but these drops seem to be completely random and not tied to a specific enemy. That being said, we got ours from White Redbreak, Red Mist Elementals, and Croclaws.

How to get Grangor's Tooth in Lost Ark
Since the drops are completely random, you do not need to farm a particular enemy. The drop rate seems to be low, so it may take some time to get them. These collectible drops are rarer the further they are to the right. So instead of hunting these items, just progress the game and you will eventually get them.
You need to collect 10 of Grangor's Tooth for those looking to complete the Adventurer's Tome fully. Once you have found one, right-click it in your inventory, and it will automatically be added to the tome. Kill everything in sight and collect those teeth to fill out your Adventurer's Tome.
