How to get Mining Luck in New World?

Mining Luck is an awesome perk in New World that increases your chance of finding rare drops while mining veins in the game's world.

Mining Luck scales with the Gear Score. Gear Score determines how powerful the items are; the higher, the better. You can apply Mining Luck by using a Starmetal Miner's Charm while crafting.

To get Starmetal Miner's Charm, you need to find it somewhere in the Aeternum in any chest, crate, etc. This item cannot be crafted by itself. You can also buy them from various Trading Posts. These Trading Posts are located in the cities of New World.

Make sure to search for "Starmetal Miner's Charm" and sort the results by the price from lowest to highest. You will get the best deal right at the top.

You will also need a pick. You can craft them depending on your engineering level:

• Level 0 Engineering - Iron Mining Pick (1 Perk Slot)
• Level 50 Engineering - Steel Mining Pick, (2 Perk Slots)
• Level 100 Engineering - Starmetal Mining Pick (3 Perk Slots)
• Level 150 Engineering - Orichalcum Mining Pick (4 Perk Slots)
