There are many animals to track down in New World, including Puma. Pumas are one of the big cat predators found throughout the land. They can be found in the Cutlass Keys, Windsward, Everfall, Brightwood, and Edengrove.
The best Puma farming locations would be Cayo De La Muerte in the Cutlass Keys and Fertile Crescent and Profane Seam in the Edengrove regions. You can see all regions and locations that wolves spawn in below.
