Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl has become one of 2021's most anticipated titles. Its likeness to the industry titan, Super Smash Bros Ultimate, has worked in its favor. With a roster filled with classic Nickelodeon characters and locales, it's on track to be one of October's most notable releases. What players might not know, however, is who developed the upcoming platform fighter.
Ludosity, the studio behind Card City Nights, Princess Remedy, and Slap City, developed Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl. While their catalog of games thus far isn't exactly expansive, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl shows promise, with a solid roster, tight mechanics, and rollback netcode to ensure stability in online matches.
The team at Ludosity may yet make a name for themselves with this release, as Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl has a post-launch schedule and an upcoming tournament aiming to solidify the title as a mainstay in the fighting game community.
Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl launches on October 5, 2021, for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, and Microsoft Windows, retailing at $49.99.
