How to defeat Commander Ereshkigal in Outriders Worldslayer

Outriders Worldslayer adds a brand-new story campaign to the game. This campaign sees the Altered embark on a new journey to save Enoch. At the end of the new Worldslayer campaign, you will take on your toughest challenge yet: Commander Ereshkigal. Here is how you can defeat the Insurgents Commander.

Commander Ereshkigal General Tips

• Ereshkigal is immune to damage when in the air, so just avoid her attacks here
• Dark Madness Attack summons allies to support her
• Lower your Apocalypse Tier if you are stuck

Commander Ereshkigal Mechanics

Commander Ereshkigal is another Altered, just like the Outrider. She will use her tentacles to attack you from a distance throughout the fight. The main attack to watch out for is when she flies in the air and throws red skulls around the boss arena. During this phase, she cannot be damaged. It's best to focus on dodging the skulls and avoiding any allies that she has summons.

When Ereshkigal is on the ground, she is only deadly at close range. Attacking from long range will keep you safe from her tentacle attacks. Dark Madness will summon cutthroats to support her. Ereshkigal's attacks can be interrupted when you see the casting meter next to her health bar. As with all enemies in Outriders, attacking her head does increased damage.

If you're struggling with the encounter, consider lowering your Apocalypse Tier or grouping up with others to assist you during the boss fight. You can change your Apocalypse Tier before entering the boss arena if you have died.

Commander Ereshkigal Rewards

You will receive a Pax Point for defeating Commander Ereshkigal. There are fives of these points in the new Worldslayer expansion, and each is obtained by completing a major story moment in the expansion.
