Units in Triangle Strategy are built differently. Each of them have unique skills, terrain advantages, and a variety of uses depending on the situation. Some units work better with others. Others are great for farming coin or items but shouldn’t be taken to main stage battles.
In this guide, we’ll teach you how to use Julio Wrightman, Patriatte’s former servant.
Julio character guide
Julio can be built differently, depending on the role you want him to take up:
- He can transfer TPs to his allies and act as a support role
- He can hoard TPs and act as a decent attack or shield unit (he gets a passive skill that buff his defenses the more TPs he has)
Truthfully, however, Julio is best used as a support character. For example, mages need two TPs to perform a magic attack. If Julio is there to supply them with TPs, they can continuously go on the offensive.
If you’re running an army that relies on skills that cost three TPs, such as Picoletta (Decoy) and Corentin (Shield of Ice), Julio can support them. Our personal favorite strategy is to pair his TP-adding skills with Benedict. Benedict has a skill called Now…!, which lets a nearby ally unit move right after him. With Julio, Benedict can potentially use this skill two to three turns in a row.
Class promotions and weapon upgrades
You want Julio to be fast. So, give him those Speed Rings/Amulets. If you’re putting him on the frontlines to support melee units like Serenoa, bump his HP and defenses, as well. He doesn’t need the extra damage upgrades.
Get his Weapon Rank to two as soon as possible so you can unlock the upgrade that decreases the cost of Moment of Truth. Weapon Rank three upgrades are not necessary to maximize his use. At Elite, he does, however, get a neat skill that allows him to pass all his TPs to another unit. However, it's not a necessity.
