In Rimworld, every pawn is unique, for better or for worse, as they may be challenging to work with due to the traits they possess. Below, I will outline the optimal schedule for night owls in Rimworld.

Best night owl schedule in Rimworld

Night owls despise being up during the day and receive a debuff for doing so. I recommend adjusting your night owl schedule to sleep from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM, recreation or any activities of choice right after waking up, and working while others sleep.

You want them to work as efficiently as possible while maintaining their peak mood and providing them with the best life they deserve. The debuffs occur in the middle of the day, around peak noon time.

The important thing is to ensure that your pawns have enough time to socialize and engage with others while they are awake. I suggest doing this before they sleep or right after waking up. How you schedule their work, recreational, or meditation time is up to you - as long as the sleep time is as stated.
