Where do Spider Lilies spawn in Slayer 2?
First, Spider Lilies have no fixed spawn location in Slayer 2, so they can spawn randomly anywhere on the map. However, they usually appear more frequently in certain locations, so it's best to check those areas before exploring the map on foot in search of the Spider Lilies. Below, I have listed those locations and the fastest way to reach them in-game.
Bamboo Grove Sanctuary
The first place you should head to if you are looking for Spider Lilies is the Bamboo Grove Sanctuary. Open the map and head straight there.
Spider Lily Spawn Location 1
At Bamboo Grove Sanctuary, you can find a large central bridge. Walk a little farther from that bridge to find a tree, a small patch of flowers nearby, and a Spider Lily among them at the highlighted location.
Spider Lily Spawn Location 2
Right opposite the large waterfall, you can find a small piece of land with a Bamboo tree at the center. Look next to this bamboo tree for a Spider Lily if one spawns there.
Spider Lily Spawn Location 3
At the edge of the Bamboo Grove, you can find a Wano Gate that takes you to the Hidden Mist Village Shrine. Right near this Wano Gate, you can find two Spawn Locations next to the tree below it.

After the Bamboo Grove, the next location to check out is the Hidden Mist Village, especially the outer areas.
Spider Lily Spawn Location 4
Outside the Hidden Mist Village, you can find a ledge with lots of flowers in front of you, as shown in the image. Check near these flowers to find one or two Spider Lilies.
Spider Lily Spawn Location 5
If you walk a little south from the previous location, you can find the Thunder King Zentaro NPC and a large pillar next to him. Look behind this pillar to locate a Spider Lily.
