Since its debut in 2022, DOORS has continued to reign as one of the best, and most successful, experiences on all of Roblox. Because of its explosive popularity, DOORS quickly garnered a large fanbase, which meant it wouldn't be long before memes about the experience were shared within the community.

Don't question the logic!
Did this meme make me laugh? Yes. Did it make me question the entire concept of DOORS and its logic? Yes. Am I still going to play DOORS and just accept that the hotel is both haunted and filled with magical doors that don't make any sense whatsoever? Also yes!
Thank heavens for the Crucifix...literally...
When the Crucifix item was added to DOORS, it felt like things were really starting to look up for us players. You mean to tell me I can pay a small fee to guarantee that an unforeseen entity (looking at you Ambush) won't ruin my play through seconds before opening door 98? Take my money!
Good in your ears and on toast!
I don't know what the DOORS developers put in that "Elevator Jam" song, but its addiction capabilities should be studied. Whether it's because of the fun, marimba-esque instrument or the added audio crispiness for the extra-retro feel, "Elevator Jam" really is a jam, and one that's universally beloved by the DOORS community. If I heard this song in a real elevator, though, it would become increasingly less fun...and I would be dead.

Just another day at the hotel!
If you've seen this hallway, you may be entitled to financial compensation, and free therapy. Well, not actually, I don't have the power to do that, but I can show you this funny meme and hope that it relieves even some of the built-up stress that this hallway has likely caused you. If you're anything like me, having to replay Seek's level over and over can start to feel like the image above—but I'd be lying if I said the music doesn't increase my heart rate every time!
The many meanings of "Psst!"
I would love to say that I've never let a Roblox experience influence my real-life thoughts or fears, but then I'd be lying to you. As someone who's already scared of the dark (yeah I'm brave enough to admit it, so what!), imagining an ooze-covered killer monster with glowing eyes and an oversized creepy smile hiding in the darkness of my own house makes me want to never leave the comfort of my bed. I'll sleep it off!
I don't think that needed to be framed...
I have so many questions, and my face looks exactly like Tom's while I ask them. Did someone enter a Seek room, peel every randomly-placed eye off the wall, stick them all back in the same place, and then hang a frame on top of it? Or were the eyes already combined in one location and someone just decided to frame it for fun? Who framed it? Did they survive?! Why am I so uncomfortable with knowing that these are living eyes and not just a creepy paining? Oh yeah, because ew!
How can a closet be stuck if it's empty?!
Not only is this meme creative, with the black and white squares meant to represent the hotel lights flickering, it's also just too real. The amount of unnecessary panic that fills my body when I hear Rush or Ambush's cue sound is too much to even explain in words, but this picture does a pretty good job of showcasing it. Just let me in already!
A blessing and a curse!
This meme is the epitome of "It's fine, everything's fine," and that's also what I tell myself while running through the DOORS hotel. Don't look back (unless it's to look away from Halt), hide when the lights flicker, and just keep moving forward. Now that I mention it, though, my real-life lights did just flicker...I'm sure everything's fine!
I didn't want to win anyways...
This meme could be changed to feature any DOORS entity and it would still hit the same, which says a lot about how real it is! There's nothing more defeating than losing right before door 100, but it just hurts so much worse when it happens because of Ambush, who seems to always know the perfect time to come barreling down the hallway at light speed and ruin your day. What a guy.
Ever heard of too much of a good thing?
Don't get me wrong, I loved DOORS when it first came out, and I still think it's fun to play now, especially with friends who have never played it before. Whether you're strategizing to win or you're ok with not taking it too seriously, it can offer hours of fun. With that being said, however, even I can admit that the amount of DOORS content that Roblox YouTubers have uploaded can feel like a bit much (especially when the experience debuted)!
