Updated on October 29, 2026: Updated our Bridger Western tier list for the October combat changes, Stand reworks, new craftable weapons, and latest cards. Added missing Stands and evolutions, removed Khnum, and refreshed the recommendations for building around guns, utilities, and specialty fighting styles.
Looking for the best weapons, Stands, utilities, and cards in Bridger Western? These rankings give you a quick starting point for your next build, with links to our detailed lists below. We prioritize useful combat tools and reliable combinations, while keeping progression requirements and specialist builds in mind. Rankings are our recommendations, not official tiers; provisional picks still need more testing.
Bridger Western Weapons Tier List
| Tier | Weapons |
|---|---|
| S Tier | Maverick 88 Malcolm .70 Mare's Leg Martini Henry |
| A Tier | Sabre Winchester Repeater DB Shotgun Tommy Gun Huot Automatic Crossbow Sharps Rifle (provisional) Winchester 1887 (provisional) |
| B Tier | Bow Whitney Dragoon Mauser Dual Derringers Colt Ocelot Leather Whip M1911 (provisional) Nagant M1895 (provisional) Repeater (provisional) |
| C Tier | Schofield 6 Taurus .357 Snubnose Coin Gun |
| Unranked | Akimbo 1857’s |
Maverick 88, Malcolm .70, Mare’s Leg, and Martini Henry are our leading picks for close-range pressure, repeated rifle shots, or long-range damage. Tommy Gun moves to A: its spread and low damage per bullet make it less dependable outside close range. Colt Ocelot moves to B because its ricochets can also hit you. Range, recoil, reloads, and how easily you can land follow-up shots matter as much as damage.
TIP: Check out dedicated Bridger Western Weapon Tier List for an in-depth analysis.
The October 29 gun changes make accurate aim more important: bullets are smaller, and the old extra hit-detection window is gone. M1911 received lower base damage and more recoil, while Nagant M1895 lost roughly 3–4 damage per hit. Their B placements are provisional; alongside Repeater, Sharps Rifle and Winchester 1887 start in A. Repeater is the arm-mounted bolt launcher, separate from the Winchester Repeater, and its crafting was fixed on October 29. Akimbo 1857 remains unranked while we check its reported issues; the currently unobtainable Bolt Action Rifle is excluded from the recommendations. You unlock a primary-plus-secondary loadout at Tier 3 and can no longer equip two weapons of the same category.
Bridger Western Stands Tier List
| Tier | Stands |
|---|---|
| S Tier | The World TWAU King Crimson D4C D4C: Love Train C-MOON Weather Report Tusk Act 4 |
| A Tier | Ball Breaker Cream The Hand Star Platinum: The World Star Platinum Silver Chariot Gold Experience Killer Queen Mandom Tusk Acts 1–3 Whitesnake Soft & Wet Sticky Fingers White Album Oasis Metallica Emperor Six Pistols Hermit Purple |
| B Tier | The Fool Oh Lonesome Me Catch the Rainbow Chocolate Disco Hierophant Green Magician's Red Crazy Diamond Purple Haze Stone Free 20th Century Boy Tubular Bells Mr. President Oyecomova (Boku no Rhythm) Hey Ya |
| Unranked | Green Day Cream Starter |
October Stand changes: Gold Experience’s full rework, Mandom’s Set Watch, and Soft & Wet’s projectile-collection kit keep them worth considering in A. Oasis also benefits from losing stamina costs on every move except swimming. King Crimson stays in S despite Foresight dropping to one dodge. Catch the Rainbow stays in B for now: Rain Grasp changed, and natural rain is now 50% rarer. Khnum is no longer obtainable as a playable Stand; existing copies became an unobtainable Cream Starter skin.
The World, TWAU, King Crimson, D4C, D4C: Love Train, C-MOON, Weather Report, and Tusk Act 4 lead our Stand rankings. Love Train and Act 4 are ranked separately from their earlier forms because their progression requirements and combat tools change what you can do with them. Tusk Act 4’s placement assumes access to its Super Spin setup. Green Day and Cream Starter remain unranked while we check their complete kits; this does not mean they are weak.

Build around the Stand’s actual strengths: Hermit Purple, Emperor, and Six Pistols support weapon-focused play, while D4C rewards careful clone and dimension management. Soft & Wet, Catch the Rainbow, Tubular Bells, and Oyecomova have provisional placements following their additions or reworks. Boss fights also have specific restrictions: Mr. President cannot enter its key, and 20th Century Boy can guard for at most eight seconds at a time. Humanoid Stands generally reduce base gun and Spin damage by 15%, compared with 5% for non-humanoid Stands, with some weapon exceptions.
Bridger Western Utilities Tier List
| Tier | Utilities |
|---|---|
| S Tier | Knife Tonic Poncho |
| A Tier | Silver Ammo Dynamite Cowboy Hat |
| B Tier | Lasso Molotov Coin Smoke Bomb |
| C Tier | Steel Wireset Ammo Bag |
With only three utility slots, prioritize tools your build actually uses. Knife, Tonic, and Poncho remain strong options, but there is no reason to force all three into every loadout. Silver Ammo gains value against vampires, and Molotovs now have a specific answer to Cream Starter: they destroy its G root. Dynamite remains useful for pressure despite its damage nerf, although Mandom can now rewind it and other hazards.

Smoke Bomb moves to B, with a stronger case when paired with Powder Formula. The card extends smoke duration by 50%, lets it extinguish fire zones, and conceals you from Ocular Prowess while covered. It also works with Oyecomova’s smoke. Steel Wireset is now crafted and remains a specialist pick; TWAU no longer requires it for Barbed Wire. These interactions can matter more than a utility’s general tier.
Bridger Western Cards Tier List
| Tier | Cards |
|---|---|
| S Tier | Show Me A Good Time Quick Draw Free Runner Time Heals All Wounds Too Tired to Fall Winning Streak Veteran |
| A Tier | Tonicmaster Pyromaniac FAUX: Violent Tendencies FAUX: Main Character Syndrome STURDY Desperado Boy With Fists Demolitions Expert Lung-shot Archer's Child Master Archer Wrecking Ball Headhunter High Noon Poltergeist Gunslinger's Grit Wind God Soul Cleaver Anger Issues Violent Tendencies Perfectionist Time Is Of The Essence Powder Formula Sancta Irae |
| B Tier | Evil Eye Hyperventilator Steady Hands Master Practitioner FAUX: Wrecking Ball FAUX: High Noon FAUX: Tea Time A True Cowboy Focused Jockey Equinophobia Belmont Family Crest Can't Lay Off the Tonic Strong Liver Seasoned Hunter Plunder Shot One With Nature Silver Wireset Twenty Meter Radius Steel Small Cuts Main Character Syndrome Total Checkmate Winged Man Sneaky Lowlife Nocturnal Light Sleeper Victory Crawl Master Lumberjack Tea Time Flesh Automaton Clean Cuts Soap Slide Ride Or Die Barrier Engulf (provisional) |
| C Tier | Master Angler Merfolk Narcoleptic Strong Presence Silver Prodigy EXECUTIONER Secret Technique Snake Eater Danger Sense Coin Roller Ice Skates |
Veteran and Winning Streak join the existing S-tier picks, with Veteran especially valuable for revolver builds thanks to 40% faster fan firing. Quick Draw’s firing fix also makes it more reliable. Powder Formula and Sancta Irae sit in A for smoke-focused and stake-focused builds, respectively. Clean Cuts, Soap Slide, Ride Or Die, and provisional B-tier Barrier Engulf are more specialized: the Shabon cards need the right attacks, while Ride Or Die needs you off your horse and nearby to send it at an enemy.
TIP: If you want our in-depth evaluation of every single card in the game, make sure to check out our ultimate Bridger Western Card Tier List.
The October changes also improve several existing setups. Violent Tendencies restores all stamina and cuts current cooldowns by 10 seconds on execute; its FAUX version adds a downslam and a further non-global cooldown benefit, but costs 15% stamina to use. Tea Time doubles tea production, while FAUX: Tea Time loses its HP penalty and improves tea buffs and brewing convenience. Wrecking Balls now have a smaller damage penalty, and Shabon charges persist after unequipping. Clean Cuts adds close-range M2 bleed, Soap Slide creates a puddle when the launcher hits the ground, and Barrier Engulf traps an opponent after enough barrier bubbles connect. Their B placements reflect how specific the setups are, not a lack of value in those builds.
Free card choices: Humans now choose one of three cards when reaching Tier 2, reaching Tier 3, and completing Tier 3 at 350 EXP. Eligible existing characters receive missed choices on joining, and selected cards fill an empty slot automatically. Use these rewards to support your main weapon or fighting style rather than chasing a high-tier card your build cannot use.
