Fruit Battlegrounds silently dropped Update 23 on November 19, 2025. It was a minor update that included some QoL changes and bug fixes, but it also added another Mythical fruit to the game. Ope V2 is finally here, and this guide will tell you exactly how to get and awaken Ope V2 in Fruit Battlegrounds.
How to Get the Ope V2 in Fruit Battlegrounds
There are two ways to get the Ope V2 in Fruit Battlegrounds:
- Get the Ope V2 from the Spin Fruit gacha. The Ope V2 is a Mythic fruit and has a 0.02% chance of rolling.
- Awaken your Ope V1 by completing the quest to get Ope V2.
If you’re lucky enough, you might get the Ope V2 from Spin Fruit. But, if you already have the Ope V1 and don’t want to waste your Gems by testing your luck, read on to find out about the awakening quest for Ope V2 in Fruit Battlegrounds.
How to Awaken Ope V2 in Fruit Battlegrounds
Unlike other awakenings, the Ope V2 awakening can’t be obtained from the Rebirth NPC. Instead, you first have to obtain the Ope fruit and then complete an awakening quest. Once you have the Ope Fruit, go and talk to the Kuma NPC. You can find him in the following locations:
- Whole Cake: Standing next to the fountain at Cake Lair.
- Dressrosa: Standing near Doflamingo’s Statue.
- Wano: Standing near the High Stairs.

Ask Kuma to send you to Wano. Once you land in Wano, you have to find and talk to the Momonuske NPC to start the Ope V2 awakening quest. When you land in Wano, head towards the Clouds of Wano gates, and you’ll find him standing to the left of the stairs. He can be a little hard to find because of the white background, but you’ll see him if you go under the wooden arch.
After talking to him, the Ope V2 awakening quest begins, and you have to complete the following objectives:
| Objective | How to Complete |
|---|---|
| Get Ope V1 to Max Level (300) | 1. Hunt bosses: Farming boss fights are the fastest way to level up your fruit. 2. Play the game: You can earn XP from simply playing the game, using your fruit moves, and fighting other players and NPCs. |
| Get 30 Titles | Earn any 30 titles in Fruit Battlegrounds. You have to complete different tasks to earn a Title. Click on the Title button to see the list of all available Titles in Fruit Battlegrounds. Colors do not count as Titles. |
| Defeat Kaido 5 Times | You must defeat Kaido 5 times using the Ope fruit as your main. |
After completing these objectives, go back and talk to Momonuske again to awaken your Ope and get the Ope V2. You can talk to Momonuske anytime to switch between the Ope and the Ope V2 if you want.
Momonsuke can also awaken TSRubber, Dragon, Ice, Magma, Leopard, Light, and Flame to their V2 versions if you have completed their requirements.
