Shadow Warrior 3 has many different weapons and ways to kill both demons and Yokai. These come together in Gore Weapons which are special weapons that Lo Wang can rip out of enemies, killing them.

To get Gore Weapons in Shadow Warrior 3, you need to perform a Finisher on an enemy. Doing this will let you use that enemies' own weapons against them. Each Gore Weapon has a set amount of time that Lo Wang can use it.

| Weapon | Enemy | Description |
| Brain Tonic | Shogai | A buff that steals the soul of Shogai and adds an additional 100 HP to your maximum health. It also grants you 5 seconds of immunity. |
| Brain Freeze | Kugutsu | A "frozen brain" that explodes on contact, temporarily immobilizing enemies and allowing you to break the ice and leave the party shattered. |
| Equalizer | Oni Hanma | A powerful, two-handed melee weapon dealing massive damage to any foe with its frontal shockwave. |
| Disco Grenade | Laser Shogun | A device that, when thrown, works as a stationary turret by spawning multiple laser beams that stagger enemies and then keeps damaging them for a couple of seconds. |
| Penetrator | Mogura Twins | A drill that staggers the enemy on contact and keeps dealing them damage until death does them part. |
| Seeking Eye | Seeking Shokera | A strange demonic gizmo-friend that targets enemies that you're looking at, immobilizing them before making them go pop! |
| Swarm Launcher | Slinky Jakku | A gun firing with a continuous swarm of deadly fireworks. In the climax, this weapon explodes, releasing a bigger swarm of fireworks, damaging all enemies around. |
| Blade of Hattori | Hattori | A melee weapon that allows enemies to be targeted with a powerful strike in the blink of an eye. |
| Hungry, Hungry Heart | Chef Oboru Guruma | A demonic device that explodes on contact, creating a vortex that pulls enemies in, dealing damage over time. |
| Double Trouble | Gassy Obariyon | A dual minigun dealing devastating damage, spitting a continuous and concentrated stream of projectiles. |
