Treasure Boxes are items players can find in the overworld filled with resources to use in their adventure. The spoils of Treasure Boxes range from things that heal you in a battle to Demon Essences that can modify party skills and affinities.

Treasure boxes have a unique 20-sided die shape and glowing gold casing. These items can also be seen via the map once players have revealed the area.

To open Treasure Boxes in Shin Megami Tensei V, players need only attack the golden casing shielding the items. Once Treasure Boxes open, blue orbs will fall to the ground. Walking over these items allows players to collect them and add the consumables to their inventory. There are plenty of Treasure Boxes hidden in the Netherworld, so keep your eyes open while exploring Shin Megami Tensei V.
