How to get the two No Way Home costumes in Marvel’s Spider-Man

Just in time for No Way Home.

With the hype levels for the upcoming live-action Spider-Man film No Way Home off the charts, it is time for new tie-ins. As a part of the tie-ins, Fortnite received a Spider-Man skin. Now Insomniac Games' critically acclaimed Spider-Man video game for the PlayStation will be receiving two new costumes based on the outfits that Peter Parker will wear in No Way Home. Both costumes are coming exclusively to Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered on Dec. 10, a full week before No Way Home's Dec. 17 release date.

Both costumes will most likely be part of a free update for the game. Unfortunately, it's only available for PlayStation 5 versions of the Spider-Man Remastered. PlayStation 4 versions of the game will not receive the costumes.

In a Twitter reply, Insomniac Games justify its decision not to update the PS4 version of the game by saying it has become more technically complex to keep updating and maintaining the PS4 HDD streaming performance. Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered is only available on the PS5 in the Ultimate Edition of Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales.

To get the costumes, players will need to download the latest version of the game on their PS5s on Dec. 10. PS5 should have an automatic download function, which should download any new updates automatically as long as the player is connected to the internet. If not, then a player will need to press the start button while highlighting the game in the PlayStation menu. There will be an option to check for updates.

The two costumes are called Integrated Suit and the Black and Gold Suit. The Integrated suit is a mismatch of all of Peter's costumes that he wears within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It has a similar black and red color scheme as seen in his outfit in Far From Home, and it also has the golden spider logo as seen on his Iron-Spider outfit. The Black and Gold is a black version of Peter's typical suit, with gold webbings covering him.
