Spider-Man: Miles Morales – How to Enable/Disable Podcasts

Now that Spider-Man: Miles Morales has been released, both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 users can web-sling through the streets of New York and revel at the breathtaking sights! If you played Spider-Man back in 2018, you might recall the podcasts by beloved J. Jonah Jameston as he lovingly told you how much he hated your guts and that you're a menace! Oh, don't worry, he still has a podcast in Spider-Man: Miles Morales!

To enable/disable podcasts in Spider-Man: Miles Morales, all you have to do is press Options on the PS4/PS5 controller to bring up the pause menu, then go to Settings then Audio. At the bottom of the Audio settings is where you can choose to listen to stop listening to the podcasts as you play.

In the 2018 Spider-Man, you only had the J. Jonah Jameston podcast where he berates Spider-Man at every moment he could called Just The Facts, but alas, this time, a new podcast joins the fray with the Danikast podcast by blogger Danika Hart. Listening to the Danikast podcast then to J. Jonah Jameston, one is like night and day. Danika Hart is positive about Spider-Man's heroic deeds; she loves having a hero in the city when J. Jonah Jameston is up to his usual antics!

Though sometimes players need a break from the ramblings of podcasts and just listen to the roaring of the city, the hum of the cars, the chattering of civilians knowing that they are safe because of Spider-Man. You can do just this by heading into the Options Menu, Settings, Audio, and at the bottom, you have the choice of turning off both podcasts or just one.

If you are nostalgic for the insults and generally abuse being hurled from J. Jonah Jameston, then leave the Just The Facts podcast on and turn off Danikasts. Or maybe you've had enough of being put down and want to listen to how amazing you are, then turn off Just the Facts and listen purely to Danikast. Or turn them both off. The decision is completely in your hands!
