When you start the game and create your Inkling, you are given a choice of hairstyles to choose from. There are different male and female hairstyles, of which you cannot give to the opposite gender. Unfortunately, there are no other hairstyles or haircuts to unlock. This means you can only use one of the starting haircuts. It is unknown if you will be able to unlock hairstyles in Splatoon 3 at this time.

With Splatoon 2 booted up, press the + button. This will open your menu—scroll to the tab furthest on the right. Here, you can find the Style tab. Press this to change your hairstyle and clothes. You can do this at anytime and freely swap between different haircuts. While you cannot unlock new hairstyles, you can change your outfit and haircut to give your Inkling a new look as many times as you want between the starting hairstyles and outfits that you have unlocked. We recommend changing up your look every so often to keep your Inkling looking fresh.
