Once you reach this building, you can go inside and talk to the person at the desk. This person will give you money for each Temtem you release rather than send to your computer, because the FreeTem! Organization believes all Temtem should be free. How the payout works is that you will be given more money for Temtem you release that are either higher level or harder to catch. So, you might want to wait until you get pretty far into the story before you start really grinding this out.

It appears there will be a weekly prize you can earn for releasing a certain amount of Temtem. Some of these prizes are DNA Strands, which can be used to ensure the Temtem you're breeding inherits a specific stats or traits.
