All Bal Foyen skyshards location in ESO

Bal Foyen is another one of the smaller areas within Elder Scrolls: Online that players will travel through at a lower level. Particularly, players within the Ebonheart Pact faction. There are three skyshards to be found here in Bal Foyen, enough to grant players one extra skill point as they make their way through this area.

Bal Foyen Dockyards Skyshard

Players can find this first skyshard at the Bal Foyen Dockyard on one of the docked ships. In particular, this skyshard is near the front of the ship The Velvet Lash. The Velvet Lash is the boat docked further into town.

Dhalmora Skyshard

This second skyshard can be found northwest of the Dhalmora Hall of Merchants. Dhalmora is a small town on the eastern coast of Bal Foyen. There are several quests within Dhalmora such as If By Sea, Crossroads, Finding the Family, and Prankster's Carnival.

Fort Zeren Skyshard

Fort Zeren is on the southern end of this map. Players can find this skyshard within the walls of the fort just southwest of the wayshrine. It's behind the building immediately beside the wayshrine.
