The Ascendant Order is the name of the rebel group that has risen up to take over High Isle. They are a cunning force built up under the noises of the nobles and have become a real threat to the peace and stability of the island. In the very first part of the game, you see just how informed they are as they easily take down cargo ships while going unnoticed.

If the Ascendant Order has it their way, they will use their "noble" cause to take control of both High Isle and the prison island, Amenos. The order usually operates in groups and can be found in several locations around High Isle. They are hostile and will attack players on-site with both weapons and magic.
