Cooperation vs. Coopetition in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands: What’s the difference?

Choose your Loot preferences.

Like all entries in the Borderlands franchise, Tiny Tina's Wonderlands allows players to party up with their friends online or in person to take on hordes of enemies to pursue sweet loot. If you're heading into the Wonderlands with friends, there are several different modes in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands you can choose from that directly impact loot known as Group Modes.

Cooperation Mode

Cooperation Mode in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands ensures that every player gets their dedicated loot drops when playing. Cooperation Mode is the ideal game mode for those disinterested in fighting with their friends for loot and collecting gear that they can grab without worrying about a greedy teammate.

Coopetition Mode

Coopetition Mode allows players to share loot pools. The first player to get the drop keeps it in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands when playing in Coopetition. If you want to squabble with your squadmates in the Wonderlands over who gets what gear, Coopetition is right up your alley.
