Players have most likely stumbled upon golden D20s scattered throughout Tiny Tina's Wonderlands. These Lucky Dice passively increase the rewards that players receive by opening chests, killing enemies, and of course, defeating bosses. There are also Enchantments, Amulets, and other factors that increase Loot Luck rates in the game.
How To Increase Loot Luck
Players have a few different ways to increase their Loot Luck passively and the easiest is simply to level up. Level 40 is the cap and gives players a reasonable amount of Loot Luck.
Golden Dice
Within many of the areas in the Wonderlands, there are a number of golden dice to find. Each one will slightly increase the player's Loot Luck and once all 260 dies are found, players will receive an additional buff to their Loot Luck.

Shrine of Aaron G
The Shrine of Aaron G is a Shrine Challenge in Overworld that has players find four shrine pieces to complete. Once completed, players can use the shrine to acquire a 10 percent buff on Balanced difficulty or a 25 percent increase on Intense to their Loot Luck.
Enchantments
The Armory can be used to reroll Enchantments in the game using the machine. This is, by far, the easiest way to get gear with a Loot Luck passive increase as finding something with this buff can be rare.
Myth Ranks
After players reach level 40, Myth Ranks are unlocked. These will give players more stats to put points into. The Druid Constellation will have options to increase Loot Luck.
Intense Difficulty And Chaos Levels
On Intense Difficulty, Loot Luck is significantly increased and every Loot Luck bonus is also increased. Chaos Levels will also increase the difficulty of the game and require players to go through the Chaos Chamber to unlock more.
