Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands: What is the Slider Overdrive?

More detail for those who need it.

Tiny Tina's Wonderlands introduces something entirely new to the Borderlands franchise in the form of a character creator. This game lets players create their own character to play through the game with and the customization options are actually quite detailed. However, there is a way to get even more out of the customization options. Here is what the Slider Overdrive does in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands.

How to enable the Slider Overdrive

The first thing players will do when starting a new game is create their character. On the first screen that you come to, there will be an option to enable Slider Overdrive. The game doesn't explain this option in super detail, but by default it is disabled. Basically, if you choose to enable this, it will open up the siders to give you more options during character creation.

This is turned off by default as to not overwhelm you with choices, however, we recommend turning it on as it really helps to fine-tune things like eye size and nose height. When it is turned off, you basically get a fluid slider that can stop at any point, but when it is disabled you get a more static slider with five to ten points in that you move between.

So there you have it, that is what the Slider Overdrive is in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands. We were impressed with how detailed the character creation system actually was, and the Slider Overdrive helps to give it even more depth.

My name is Mason Moses. I am an entertainment aficionado, who spends more time consuming it than I would like to admit. I've been playing video games for the past 15 years and every time I turn one on, it feels like the very first time. Since I liked games so much, I decided that I would write about them.
