Harbor is one of the five Controller-class Agents released in Valorant, voiced by Sunil Malhotra, the same voice actor who voiced League of Legends champion Akshan. His real name is Varun Batra and he is a former task force agent who unexpectedly acquired an ancient artifact with the power to call forth water masses out of thin air. After he successfully recovered the relic from the black market, one of his colleagues attempted to take it for himself and framed Batra for stealing it.

Is Harbor a human or a radiant?

According to Riot’s lore, Harbor is from the Human race. He does, however, originate from India's shoreline and wields ancient technology, granting him dominion over water. His abilities Cascade, Cove, and High Tide allow him to manifest water walls, spheres, and pools respectively. His ultimate ability is Reckoning, which allows him to use the artifact in his hands to unleash his full power.

This forced him on a chase all through southern Asia, where he used the artifact's power to protect himself from his pursuers. After about two months, Valorant Protocol came to his rescue, offering him a way out of his predicament. Batra accepted and joined the organization as their newest agent, “Harbor.” His mission now is to help the Protocol find the source of his bracelet’s powers and origins and figure out the ways Omega could be taking advantage of it.

  • Cascade: Cascade is Harbor's signature ability, and it can be used in a variety of different ways. On the offensive, Cascade can be used to flush out enemies in tight spaces, while on the defensive, it can be used to set up areas of denial. The ability itself is very versatile, so use it to your advantage.
  • Cove: Cove is another one of Harbor's abilities that can be used in a variety of situations. On the offensive, it can be used to create a temporary safe zone, while on the defensive, it can be used to create a wall to limit enemy movement. It is important to note that Cove has a limited range, so make sure to use it in the right situations.
  • High Tide: High Tide puts up a wall of water that can slow down enemies in its path. It can be used to quickly close the gap between you and an enemy or to escape danger. It is important to note that the ability has a short cooldown, so make sure to use it wisely.
  • Reckoning: Reckoning is Harbor's ultimate ability, and it can be used to reveal the enemy’s location as well as concuss them on the spot. Enemies can easily dodge it, though, if they run. It is most effective when used in conjunction with other abilities, so try to set up situations that will maximize its potential.
