Few Warhammer 40k titles have been as popular as the original Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine released in 2011, and I couldn't wait to get my hands on the sequel. Finally, after a decade, fans get their first look at Warhammer 40K Space Marine II, as we finally know the release date.

Once again, players will take control of Captain Titus, a Space Marine captain, and heed the call of battle. The first game saw the player facing off against hordes of Orks on the Forge World Graia, but the sequel will see the player fight against the Tyranid instead. Regardless of the foe, there is only war.
Players can unleash deadly abilities and wield an arsenal of devastating weapons to fend off and destroy the hordes of Tyranid forces before they are overwhelmed and slaughtered in this action-adventure game. This time, players will need to take a different approach to defeating the endless tides of Tyranid swarms, as the opponents are smaller and much more numerous than the Ork forces, and I can't wait to see what the sequel has in store for us.
Is Warhammer 40K Space Marine II multiplayer?
The answer is yes. Players will be able to fight the Tyranid along with two of their Space Marine brothers. His fellow Ultramarines join Titus in a three-player co-op. Players will face swarms of the deadly Tyranids, but no force is greater than that of the Emperor's children. Check out the release date announcement on thegameawards YouTube channel.
