How to open your in-game mail in Lost Ark?

You've got mail.

Lost Ark is Smilegate RPG's action-adventure MMORPG. As an MMO, there is a lot to do and a lot of information to process. Community and multiplayer content are a big part of MMOs, and one aspect of this is the in-game mail system, where players will occasionally receive mail or in-game items that will need to be accepted.

There are two options to open your in-game mail in Lost Ark. The first and easiest is to click the mail icon at the top of the screen. This is the express mail menu tab. The express mail will let you quickly look at the mail you've received or items in your mailbox from anywhere in Lost Ark.

What are mail carriers in Lost Ark

Alternatively, players can find mail carriers in town. These are marked by a red mailbox symbol on the map. Visiting the mail carrier will do the same but has additional options as well. Here you can write letters and view the letters that you have sent. Sending letters will cost a fee of some silver.

Keeping tabs on your mail is a good way to make sure you do not miss any important announcements and collect items such as your daily login. If you see a red notification on the mail symbol, be sure to click it!
