Valorant is always fun when playing with your friends. But, there will be times when you want to play the game alone. In such instances, it is better to go offline and continue experiencing the game without any friends pestering you with invite notifications. Riot Games natively does not support any feature to go offline. Still, you can use third-party software like Deceive to achieve your goal.
What is Deceive?
Deceive is a third-party application that allows players to go offline in any Riot Games like League of legends, Legends of Runeterra, or Valorant.
Installing Deceive on your Desktop
You can download Deceive from the official Github page and install it on your PC like any other software. Make sure you are downloading the latest version of the software.
How to set up a Deceive for Valorant?
After downloading the software, follow the given steps to set it up.
- Create a shortcut of the Deceive.exe file in the same file directory.
- Right-click and open the properties of the shortcut file.
- Now, tweak the Target parameter with the word "valorant" at the end.
- Press Apply and close the tab.
Run the Deceive application with all the admin privileges, and Valorant will open. The Riot client will show you online the friends section. But actually, you will appear offline to all your friends.
Remember, there is no restriction from Riot Games on using such software with Valorant. Still, use the application at your risk. Neither the Author nor ProGameGuides is responsible for any bans.
