How to get the Shotgun in Resident Evil Shadows of Rose 

Solving the puzzle that rewards the Shotgun is simple in Resident Evil Shadow Rose. All you have to do is find a key called a Triocular Key. But where on earth do you even find such a key? In short, you can't yet when you first encounter the Shotgun puzzle. But later on, as you progress into the game, you will discover a curious Animal Painting puzzle; solving this puzzle will reward you with the Triocular key.

Once you have the Triocular key, take it back to the Dining Room area, where you first found the Shotgun puzzle. When you return to the Dining Room, interact with the locked puzzle and use the key to unlock the cage. After using the key, you can claim your Shotgun and use it later in several boss fights.
