In Sons of the Forest, you must survive by any means necessary. You can acquire different weapons, equipment, and armor to do this. The Golden armor is one of the armament sets in the game, and you need to know where to find this item. Here's how to get the Golden armor in Sons of the Forest.
Where is the Golden armor in Sons of the Forest?
You can find the Golden armor in Sons of the Forest by visiting a cave near a large lake on the island's western side. Refer to the exact GPS coordinates from the image we provided above. To complete the cave run, you will require two items before you go there:
The cave system will be large and difficult to navigate because your light source will have few rocks to illuminate and reflect around you. During the first section, you will encounter several blind mutants, so either kill them or outrun them. Be careful if you choose the second option because it's easy to double back and get lost. Eventually, you will reach an area with an underwater passageway.
This is the part you need a Rebreather because the section you must swim through is long. The flashlight from the Rebreather will also help you navigate underwater. Pass by the tied skeletons and emerge near a dead diver with some Oxygen Bottles. You will encounter Finger Mutants nearby. You are looking for the rope hanging from the ceiling to climb into the next section.
Continue down the cave, encountering blind mutants on the way. You will reach a slope from which you can slide down into a pool of water. Continue navigating the caves until you get to a place with the bodies of two dead cultists. Go left from there, passing through a corridor with alien-looking metallic arches. There will be another drop and then another submerged tunnel section at one point. Ready your Cross because, from this point, you will start encountering demons.
There won't be too many enemies; you can even avoid them on the way to the Golden Armor if you feel like you can. The Armor will sit on a golden pedestal near where you resurfaced. Press E to take it off the skeleton. It will give you a 70% damage reduction from demonic enemies. Open your inventory and scroll to the bottom right to equip the Golden armor.
