You will have to shell out 420,000 Mora and the following materials to fully Ascend Mualani, which is always recommended if you want to maximize her power output.

Mualiani's local specialty is the Sprayfeather Gill, which can be farmed from the Ameyalco Waters in Natlan. Meanwhile, her boss material is the Mark of the Binding Blessing, which can be farmed from the Goldflame Qucusaur Tyrant in Huitztli Hill.

Mualani's common Ascension materials are whistles that can be farmed from Sauroform Tribal Warriors in Natlan. They can also be purchased from the Stardust and Starglitter Exchanges in Paimon's Bargains.

Mualani Talent level-up materials & cost

If you plan on committing to playing Mualani, you need to level up her Talents. It will cost you 1,652,500 Mora and the following materials to max everything out, but I suggest only leveling up her most essential Talents to save on resources.

You can only obtain Crowns of Insight by playing through large events that occur once every major version update. On the other hand, Mualani's Weekly Boss material is the Lightless Eye of the Maelstrom, which can be farmed from the All-Devouring Narwhal in Salacia Plain.
