How much XP?

Season 14 of Apex Legends introduces the Prestige system, allowing players to level up past 500 to unlock even more rewards. The new level system goes up to level 2000, or level 500 Prestige four times. The new level system is a great addition for Apex players, but how much XP do you need to Prestige?

To Prestige in Apex Legends, you must pass level 500, but getting there requires a lot of XP. According to data mining done by Apex Legends Content Creator KralKindo on Twitter, XP requirements are the same after Prestige, so leveling up does not become more difficult after the first 500 levels.

Here is the breakdown of how much XP is required for each tier level.

  • Level 1 to 100: 18000 XP
  • Level 100 to 200: 20000 XP
  • Level 200 to 300: 23000 XP
  • Level 300 to 400: 28000 XP
  • Level 400 to 500: 36000 XP

Altogether, you will need 125,000 XP to Prestige in Apex Legends. You will need 500,000 total XP to max out your level, possibly taking weeks of gameplay. Reaching Prestige isn't just a bragging right. You will be able to earn 115 Apex Packs per Prestige, so chances are you will unlock some rare cosmetics and hopefully an heirloom or two.
