- Take on the Back 4 Blood story with other players, fighting through several Acts, each with multiple chapters and separate objectives with the game's main cast.
- Solo Campaign
- Play Back 4 Blood alone with the game's AI taking control of the other Cleaners as you follow the story. Upgrades, Trophies, Achievements, and player progression are all locked in the Solo Campaign.
- Swarm
- Fight player controlled zombies in Back 4 Blood's PvP mode. Several mutated zombies are controlled by enemy players aiming to wipe out the Cleaners. Last team standing wins.
- Quickplay
- Matchmake with other players to join games with predetermined settings.
- Tutorial
- Familiarize yourself with Back 4 Blood's controls, objectives, abilities, and basics.
Players can also adjust their preferences in the game's Play Menu to personalize their player searches.
