How to get the Snitches Get Stitches Achievement in Back 4 Blood

Do not alert the horde...

The Snitches Get Stitches achievement in Back 4 Blood requires players to kill a Snitch without alerting a horde. This is easier said than done, especially since some Snitches alert the horde upon dying. So how can players kill one, without it dying and alerting the horde?

The answer is to lower the difficulty. Many players choose to play on Veteran to earn Supply Points, however, for this achievement, the easiest way to get it is to play on Recruit difficulty.

The reason some Snitches alert the horde upon dying is that they are actually Mutated Snitches. The Mutated Snitches have grey necks, without the exposed red flesh. Mutated Snitches show up more often in Veteran and Nightmare difficulty and are very difficult to kill without alerting a horde.

To kill a Snitch, aim at the fleshy part of the neck. On Recruit difficulty, it can be killed with just a couple shots quickly and then the achievement will be earned if the horde has not been alerted.

There are a few Corruption Cards that can affect getting this achievement. The Corruption Cards "Job 10:22" and "The Dark" will spawn the Mutated Snitches in the level, while the "Tattler" Corruption Card will spawn a greater number of normal Snitches in the level.
