Who is the killer in DBD Chapter 30?

As I guessed on November 7 from the teaser tweet from Dead by Daylight, Chucky is going to be the next killer. In the trailer, he is seen running around with his iconic knife and killing survivors from all over. With his speed and agility, he is speculated to be one of the strongest killers.

His height remains the same as shown in movies, so it will be interesting to see how the game manages to create gameplay for him. Additionally, the trailer only mentions Chucky, but his girlfriend, Tiffany Valentine, will likely be in the game as well.

What are Chucky's perks and abilities?

The trailer only showcased Chucky running around and killing with his knife, meaning there was no gameplay. This also means that we still don't know what are Chuck's perks and abilities, but once they are announced, we will add them here.
