How to Heal & Restore Health in Evil Dead The Game

Healing is pretty conventional.

The health system in Evil Dead is very easy to remember. Instead of healing as you collect items, you stack health items and then decide when you need to bring up your health. All you need is some Shemp's Cola.

How to heal in Evil Dead

To conventionally heal, all you need to do is collect Shemp's Cola and then press the 2 key (PC) or Up on the D-pad (Xbox and PlayStation) to use it. It will replenish a lot of your health at once and is the only way to heal in the game. When looking for Shemp's Cola, be sure to use your flashlight because it will highlight the object so you can grab it.

You can only carry a set amount of Cola, so be sure to mark it for others if you don't need it. To mark a health item, press L2 (PlayStation), LT (Xbox), or Alt (PC) to highlight it for other survivors.

As a demon, you can't heal, so all possessions and your demon form will slowly deplete your health. Once you possess something else or return to your spirit form, you will be restored to your full health.

Where to find Shemp's Cola in Evil Dead

While there isn't a specific location where you can find Shemp's Cola, we normally found it indoors. A can or two are usually found in the kitchen of houses, but shining a flashlight in storage sheds or rooms can reveal a shiny can if they're there. A good rule of thumb is that there are usually a few cans inside of a house, but do not waste too much time looking outside since you are unlikely to find one.

If you find one but you can't pick up any more cans, use the one you have and then pick up the can. It's better to use one like that than to leave a can behind.
