Genshin Impact's Version 3.4 livestream hasn't even commenced, and leakers have already begun sharing content from Version 3.5 and beyond. It's unclear when Dehya and Mika, two upcoming characters, are going to be released, but images of what are allegedly their splash artworks have already been circulating around social media. In addition, leakers have also shared what they claim is an upcoming skin for Monstadt's cavalry knight, Kaeya.
Keep in mind that the information below is based on leaks and should be taken with a grain of salt, as they have not been confirmed by HoYoverse, and are still very early into development.
Dehya
Regardless of whether her popularity is driven by her strong personality or the fake cat ears on her head, what matters is that players have been waiting for Dehya's release since she was first leaked. Early leaks suggested that she would be a Pyro claymore user, her weapon type having been confirmed in the Sumeru Archon Quest. Other than that, little to nothing was mentioned about Dehya for months until Twitter leaker @Thereallo6 dropped what they allege is her splash art out of nowhere. The leak came amid a few weeks of no stimulating information, so the community is understandably excited.
Mika
Mika, a young scout in Eula's Reconnaissance Company and Varka's expedition team, appeared in the Of Ballads and Brews event for one cutscene, then disappeared from the game and the community's minds. Out of the blue, the same Twitter leaker named @Thereallo6 posted what they allege is Mika's splash art. Another leaker named @SaveYourPrimos stated that he supposedly remains a Cryo polearm user, the same information circulated months before he appeared in-game.

Kaeya
Monstadt's cavalry knight hasn't been under the spotlight for a long time, but recent leaks surrounding what leakers claim to be Kaeya's skin suddenly started to circulate. ShadowWalker posted the original leak in an unspecified Discord channel. Others, such as @binglysia, put together more detailed images of what his outfit allegedly looks like. However, the images and design look unrefined, so they're clearly still very early into development if they're to be believed in the first place.
With two leaks involving Monstadt characters, the community has been speculating about a possible return to the nation of freedom after the Sumeru desert has been completed. Perhaps Monstadt's Dornman Port could just be over the horizon, but nothing is certain until HoYoverse reveals official information.
