Kachina Level-up cost
You need to prepare the following resources to level Kachina up to 80 or 90.

You need to prepare 420,000 Mora and the following materials to fully Ascend Kachina to Ascension level six.
Local Specialty & Boss material

Kachina is releasing alongside the new nation, Natlan, in Version 5.0, so her local specialty and boss materials can't be farmed until the region is released. According to leaks, her local specialty is the Quenepa Berry, while her boss material is the Overripe Flamegranate, which is allegedly dropped by the Gluttonous Yumkasaur Mountain King.

Prithiva Topaz materials are dropped by all Geo Normal and World Bosses, including the Geo Hypostasis, Experimental Field Generator, and Azhdaha. You can also convert materials using the Crafting Table to turn any of your existing Gemstones into Geo ones.

According to leaks, Kachina's common Ascension materials are whistles that can be farmed from sand warriors in Natlan. The Sentry's Wooden Whistle and Warrior's Metal Whistle will also be available for purchase from Paimon's Bargains in limited quantities per month as soon as Natlan drops in Version 5.0.
Kachina Talent level-up materials & cost
Prepare 1,652,500 Mora and the following materials to level up all three of Kachina's Talents to level 10. It will cost less if you don't plan to triple-crown her.

Kachina's common Talent materials are the same as her Ascension requirements, so you'll have to farm for quite a lot of Whistles. If you run out of them in your World, you can visit a friend's World and farm, but don't forget to ask for permission beforehand.
Weekly Boss material & Crown of Insight

You can get Crowns of Insight as limited rewards from big events and are usually limited to one per update, so play frequently to not miss out on them. Meanwhile, Kachina's Weekly Boss material is the Fading Candle, which is dropped by The Knave Weekly Boss in Mont Esus East.
