Holocure: Save The Fans is an indie roguelike game heavily inspired by games like Vampire Survivors and Magic Survival. In this frenetic shoot-em-up, you play as a Vtuber idol, taking on swarms of fans to reach the number one spot in the rankings. There are tons of characters to choose from and even more items to pick up. Knowing the best items in the game is crucial for long runs. That said, we've compiled a list of all Basic and Super Items and how you can unlock them in Holocure.

All Items in Holocure and how to unlock them

All Basic Items in Holocure

Item	Effect (Max Level)	How to obtain
Sake	Gain 1% critical chance every second up to 20%. Lose half the buff when taking damage. Gain an additional 5% critical chance for 10 seconds when eating food.	Unlocks automatically.
Body Pillow	Gain a shield that absorbs up to 35 damage. Every 15 seconds, this shield will refresh. Additionally, reduces all damage taken by 10%.	Unlocks automatically.
Limiter	Increase pickup range by 300%.	Survive for 10 minutes on any run with Tsukumo Sana.
Credit Card	Cost of enhancing items is reduced by 40%, and anvils spawn rate is increased by 40%.	Pick up an Anvil.
Injection Type Asacoco	Lose 5% HP every second until 1 HP remains, but gain 80% attack power.	Clear a stage using Breathe-In Type Asacoco, or Plug Type Asacoco.
Knightly Milk	Increase attack size and knockback effects from weapons by 20%. Increase item pickup range by 50%.	Unlocks automatically.
Halu	Increases enemy spawn rate by 30%, and enemies become 33% stronger. Gain one Holocoin for every two targets defeated since picking up this item.	Defeat 5,000 enemies in a single run.
Face Mask	Increase all damage dealt by 1.3x, and gain 10% attack speed. Damage taken is increased by 30%.	Unlocks automatically.
Nurse's Horn	30% chance to recover 6 HP when defeating an enemy. If attacked when HP is 15% or less, recover HP by 30%.	Unlocks automatically.
Plushie	Damage taken is delayed. When hit by an enemy, take 10% of the total damage initially and then take the remaining damage gradually.	Survive for 10 minutes on any run with Hakos Baelz.

Full Meal	All healing is doubled.	Unlocks automatically.
Piki Piki Piman	Increase max Hp by 25. For every four points of max HP, increase main weapon and special attack damage by 1%.	Unlocks automatically.
Membership	Consumes 3 Holocoins per second. If Holocoins is more than zero, increase damage by 50% and take 25% less damage.	Beat any stage using Super Chatto Time!
Headphones	35% chance to block an enemy attack and release a shockwave that knocks back targets.	Unlocks automatically.
Gorilla's Paw	Attack damage is increased by 1.3x. Critical chance is reduced by 20%.	Defeat Smol Ame.
Chicken's Feather	Gain 3 Revives. On revive, instantly heal 50% HP, and all non-boss targets are defeated.	Survive for 10 minutes on any run with Takanashi Kiara.
Uber Sheep	Food drops from above every six seconds. Also, increase the chance of food dropping from defeated targets by 20%.	Unlocks automatically.
Energy Drink	Increases attack speed by 20% and movement speed by 60%. Reduces max HP by 20%.	Survive for 10 minutes on any run with Calliope Mori.
Idol Costume	Reduces special move cooldown by 40%.	Perform a Special Attack.
Stolen Piggy Bank	Gain one coin for every 50 pixels traveled, and increase movement speed by 40%. Reduces pickup range by 30%.	Defeat Golden Yagoo.

Just Bandage	Increases max HP by 10. After taking damage, recover 10% every three seconds until 100% of the damage taken is recovered.	Lose the game after surviving for at least 10 minutes.
Study Glasses	Increases XP gain by 30%. Increase weapon damage by 0.3% on every level-up.	Reach level 50 in any run.
GWS Pill	Increases critical chance by 25% while the special move meter is charging.	Lose the game with Halu equipped.
Breastplate	Reduces damage taken by 20% but also reduces movement speed by 20%. When attacked, there is a 70% chance to deal 300% damage to the enemy.	Receive 500 damage in a single run.
Super Chatto Time	Holocoins dropped by enemies are increased by 100%, and all Holocoins are picked up automatically.	Earn 5,000 Holocoins.
Kusogaki Shackles	Reduces negative effects from all items by 100%.	Survive for 10 minutes on any run with Murasaki Shion.
Blacksmith's Gear	Anvils can be used twice. Enhancing a weapon increases its damage by 30% instead of 20%.	Enhance a max-level weapon at an Anvil.
Devil Hat	Attacks deal 1.6x damage if the target is 130 pixels away from the player. If less than 130 pixels away, damage is reduced by 10%.	Achieve 1,000 damage in a single attack.
Hope Soda	Increases critical hit damage by 50% and increases special move cooldown by 25%.	Clear a stage as IRyS.
Focus Shades	All ranged or multi-shot projectiles have an additional 30% chance to crit. If it does crit, the target takes 500% of the weapon's damage over five seconds.	Survive for 10 minutes on any run with Vestia Zeta.
Candy Kingdom Sweets	Increase movement speed by 40%. All attacks deal 1.75x their original damage but gain 10% to apply a second attack, which deals 33% of the initial attack damage.	Select the Haste Stat Up ten times while leveling up.
Ninja Headband	Increases movement speed by 40%. Also increases the damage of melee weapons by 15%.	Survive for 10 minutes on any run with Kureiji Ollie.
Researcher's Coat	Gain 1% XP every two seconds. This gradually increases to 4% when HP is full and returns to 1% when hit by an enemy.	Avoid taking damage for at least 5 minutes in a run.
Beetle	Increase damage of any character skill by 100%. Increases by 1% for each player level.	Complete any stage without any character skills.

All Super Items in Holocure

Super Items in Holocure are essentially enhanced versions of basic items that can be obtained by opening Holozon Drops after defeating bosses between stages. Each Holozon Drop has a 5% chance to drop a random Super Item. These items may be rare but have significantly improved stats and often nullify the negative effects of some of the basic items. Super Items cannot be upgraded. With that said, the following are all the Super Items in Holocure.

Super Item	Effect
Super Idol Costume	Reduces special move cooldown by 45%. When fully charged, the special move can be used twice.
Super Super Chatto Time!	Holocoins dropped by enemies are increased by 100%, and all Holocoins are picked up automatically. Increases attack power by 1% for every 10 Holocoins collected.
Super Study Glasses	Increases XP gain by 40%, and Rainbow XP drop rate is doubled. Increase weapon damage by 0.5% on every level-up.
Super Body Pillow	Gain a shield that absorbs up to 35 damage. Every 15 seconds, this shield will refresh. Additionally, reduces all damage taken by 30%. When shield is full, recover 10 HP every 3 seconds.
Super Knightly Milk	Increase attack size and knockback effects from weapons by 30%. Increase item pickup range by 100% and max HP by 20.
Super Gorilla’s Paws	Attack damage is increased by 1.5x.
Super Energy Drink	Increases attack speed by 30% and movement speed by 60%.
Super Nurse’s Horn	30% chance to increase HP by 8 when defeating an enemy, and life-steal 5% of your max HP. If attacked when HP is 15% or less, recover HP by 30%.
Super Sake	Increase critical chance by 30%, but aiming will be unstable.
Super Limiter	Increase pickup range by 500%. Also, gain an additional 15% Holocoins and XP.
Super Credit Card	Cost of enhancing items is reduced by 40%, and anvil spawn rate is increased by 100%. Anvils appear every minute.
Super Chicken’s Feather	Gain 5 Revives. On revive, instantly recover 50% HP, permanently gain +20% attack, +10% movement speed, and all non-boss enemies are defeated.
Super Headphones	40% chance to block an enemy attack and recover 10% HP. Releases a shockwave that knocks back targets.
Super Stolen Piggy Bank	Gain one Holocoin for every 25 pixels traveled, and increase movement speed by 50%.
Super Hope Soda	Increases critical hit damage by 50%. Every ten hits, a critical hit is guaranteed.
Super Breastplate	Reduces damage taken by 20%. When attacked, there is a 70% chance of dealing 300% damage to the enemy.
