Kerbal Space Program 2 is the second installment in the popular KSP series. After hyping the game for years, the developers finally released the game on multiple platforms on February 24. But, much to the surprise of everyone, it is not a complete launch. Instead, the developers have soft-launched the game with the early access tag, announcing a roadmap for KSP2 with all the upcoming features in future updates.

When will KSP2 early access start? 

The KSP2 early access began on February 24. There are no details regarding how long the game will remain in early access o about future update dates.

All proposed features at the complete launch of KSP2

The features that will be available in the complete launch are very different from the game at the moment. You can see all the features of the launch version by studying the given roadmap for Kerbal Space Program 2.

  • Science Points and Tech Tree level progression.
  • Ability to travel Inter-Stellar distances and the addition of the new star system Debdeb with more to come.
  • Addition of the Multiplayer mode to explore planets with friends.
  • Availability of functions to build colonies and develop orbital vehicles.

These are the proposed features to arrive in the game in the coming months or even years, as there are no visible dates apart from the announcement. Also, there is no information on whether the developers will add more features to the given roadmap as time progresses.

When is the full launch of KSP2?

As mentioned earlier, nobody knows the exact date for the launch of KSP2. It could be at the end of 2023, or even further away. We have to wait for an official post or tweets from the developers regarding this crucial information.
