Kingdom Hearts is now available on Switch as a Cloud version. This is great news for many Kingdom Hearts players and fans that have moved to Nintendo since the initial release of the games in the franchise. The launch hasn't been without errors though, so here are the known issues and fixes.
Many players have pointed out that they have been receiving an error message saying The software was closed because an error occurred.
The main reason this keeps popping is because of an issue occurring in docked mode. The developers took to Twitter to inform players they are aware of the issue and that they are working on it, but until a full fix has been issued, here is what you can do to get the game up and running.

The way to mend the problem currently is to manually update the game. To do this you will need to:
- Make sure you are connected to the internet
- Go to the Home Menu and click on Kingdom Hearts
- Press either + or – on your controller
- Select the software update available online
- Download the game again, getting the latest updated version
It seems as though another patch will need to be rolled out to completely take care of the problem, but until then this should allow you to start playing the game on your Switch.
