Vampire Survivors Character Tier List

Get to know the best characters in Vampire Survivors!

Vampire Survivors is one of the more popular shoot-em-up-style games on the market. Like most titles in the genre, there is a long array of playable characters in Vampire Survivors. As a consequence, players often tend to overlook the abilities of most characters due to either being less popular or hidden behind a payment/grind wall. So, if you are a beginner trying to improve your game, you can start by unlocking someone like Pasqualina and browsing other suitable powerful characters from our tier list.

Best Beginner characters in Vampire Survivors

Pasqualina

Pasqualina is an excellent character for beginners due to their Runetracer ability, which is considered a top-tier weapon by several leaderboard players. Combined with something like Magic WandSanta Water, Garlic, and Lightning Ring, it can do wonders in farming gold for newbies.

Mortaccio

Mortaccio is another excellent beginner hero that is great for players who like projectile-based abilities, as he can expand the number of projectiles owned every 20 levels. Combine his bones with other projectile-style skills like Magic Wand, Runetracer, and Knife to make the most out of his perks. You can unlock the character after defeating 3,000 skeletons.

Eleanor Uziron

Eleanor is a great pick for a starter character in the Tides of the Foscari DLC because of her impressive AoE capabilities. SpellString, SpellStream, and SpellStrike evolve into SpellStrom, which unleashes a devastating storm that obliterates all enemies on-screen. You unlock her after opening her coffin on the Lake Foscari stage.

Red Death

The best and most overpowered character in Vampire Survivor is the Mask of Red Death due to his high movement speed and potent death spiral weapon that fires in eight different directions. If you are aiming for high leaderboard scores, max out every stat in the game and go for a run with him.
