Lost Ark has numerous collectibles to find in its many different areas. However, none are as numerous as Mokoko Seeds. These small seeds look like fruit and have a green glow to them.
Heart of Sceptrum is a dungeon with seven Mokoko Seeds. This dungeon is split into two areas: the Machine Room Sector and Robot Factory Area. Here is where to find all Mokoko Seeds in Heart of Sceptrum.

Where to find all Mokoko Seeds in Machine Room Sector
Three out of the seven Mokoko Seeds in Heart of Sceptrum are located here. They are all grouped together and hidden. Go to the point marked by the yellow star to find a secret passageway that will take you to all three.
Where to find all Mokoko Seeds in Robot Factory Area
Four of the seven Mokoko seeds in Heart of Sceptrum are located here. The yellow star marks an elevator that will take you to two hidden seeds. If the elevator does not descend, kill all enemies in the area, and it will come down.
The Mokoko Seed directly passed these is under the Heavy Walker, so make sure you interact with it to collect the seed. Finally, take the left path ahead to drop right on top of the remaining Mokoko Seed.
